★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un atleta agonista di karate che fa combattimenti a livello internazionale per tanto mi servono degli allenamenti ben strutturati e da Okinawa Fight ho trovato quello che cercavo.la struttura è moderna ed organizzatissima Il maestro è stato un atleta in questa disciplina e riesce a trasmettere la propria passione ai suoi allievi con allenamenti completi, divertenti e che ti permettono di crescere bene in questo sport.
Consiglio vivamente sia ad atleti già formati che a neofiti che muovono i primi passi nel karate di affidarsi al maestro Alfonso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non una semplice palestra ma un vero e proprio dojo di karate ,stile shotokan, come non se ne vedevano da tempo. Allenamenti organizzati su tre giorni a settimana e non due, ottima attività di preparazione fisica propedeutica alla pratica del karate, che sfocia poi sia nel percorso del kumite che dei kata. Nozioni di storia del karate e tanta professionalità e dedizione. Chi da ragazzo ha praticato il karate ritroverà qui le stesse sensazioni di quegli anni ma con in più uno sguardo verso il futuro.
