Maestri molto validi e preparati che riescono a far crescere gli allievi sia fisicamente che mentalmente. Ogni incontro è una bella lezione di vita. Healthy environment where you train in a serious way in full compliance with the rules and the opponent. Very good and prepared teachers who are able to make students grow both physically and mentally. Every meeting is a nice lesson in life.

Il gruppo degli adulti che si è creato è veramente affiatato, gli insegnanti sono competenti e particolarmente umani, sempre pronti ad adeguare lezioni ed insegnamenti alle esigenze del gruppo. Certainly there are moments of conviviality that are an amalgamation and glue for the entire group. The gym of the Masters Carlo and Marino besides being an excellent School of Judo is also a healthy Gym of life.

La consiglio per i ragazzi perché ritengo il Judo un’attività formativa, sia perché in particolare questo Dojo affronta lo sport con serietà, professionalità e disciplina, ma riesce nello stesso tempo a creare momenti di leggerezza e condivisione durante le lezioni, così come in attività extra in cui la comunità si consolida e grazie alle quali si creano legami di amicizia. Lo consiglio agli adulti: io ho trovato nell’approccio del Dojo e nei suoi insegnamenti anche un aiuto e un sostegno per il lavoro dove è fondamentale saper essere come acqua, mutevoli, adattarsi alle situazioni, vivere il confronto con gli altri e non farsi sorprendere; dove ogni confronto ti porta fuori i dalla tua zona di comfort a confrontarti prima di tutto con te stesso e le tue paure. E poi il venerdì sera, per chi vuole, dopo l’allenamento, ci si incontra per una Birra, per lavare via le ultime tensioni rimaste dalla settimana. The approach of this school is convincing. I brought my children and after a couple of years I started at 42 years old. I recommend it for kids because I consider Judo a training activity, both because this Dojo deals with sport with seriousness, professionalism and discipline, but at the same time it manages to create moments of lightness and sharing during lessons, as well as in activity extras in which the community is consolidated and thanks to which friendships are created. I recommend it to adults: I found in the Dojo's approach and in its teachings also a help and a support for work where it is fundamental to know how to be like water, changeable, adapt to situations, live the comparison with others and not be surprised ; where every comparison takes you out of your comfort zone to confront yourself first of all with yourself and your fears. And then on Friday evening, for those who want, after training, we meet for a beer, to wash away the last tensions left over from the week.

Iniziai alle elementari con il Karate, ma fui costretta a mollare per esigenze famigliari. Così mi rimase sempre il rammarico di non aver finito un percorso marziale. A gennaio 2020, con il lavoro e gli orari riuscivo a ritagliarmi delle serate, così decisi di cercare un Dojo di Karate sufficientemente vicino a casa. Trovai il Dojo Shiro Saigo e scoprii il Judo. Inutile dire che dalle primissime volte che sono entrata non solo ho respirato un'atmosfera bellissima, fatta di persone speciali che applicano appieno il significato del Judo: crescere assieme. Pur non avendo alba le prime volte di cosa stessi facendo, non sono mai stata lasciata sola o indietro, anzi. C'è grande affiatamento, rispetto, amicizia, professionalità e disponibilità. E' una palestra non agonistica, quindi per chi vuole imparare il Judo nella sua essenza. La consiglio vivamente, perché ambienti così ricchi e stimolanti davvero sono rari al giorno d'oggi. Since I was a child I have always deeply loved martial arts and their teachings; the respect, honor, commitment and discipline they require in order to learn their principles! I started in elementary school with Karate, but I was forced to give up for family reasons. So I always had the regret of not having finished a martial path. In January 2020, with work and schedules I was able to carve out evenings, so I decided to look for a Karate Dojo close enough to home. I found the Shiro Saigo Dojo and discovered Judo. Needless to say, from the very first times I entered I not only breathed a beautiful atmosphere, made up of special people who fully apply the meaning of Judo: growing together. Despite not having dawned the first few times of what I was doing, I was never left alone or behind, on the contrary. There is great harmony, respect, friendship, professionalism and availability. It is a non-competitive gym, therefore for those who want to learn Judo in its essence. I highly recommend it, because such rich and inspiring environments are truly rare nowadays.
