I loved the quality of the fish and the presentation of the dishes is refreshing and just a bit different compared to a normal sushi restaurant. The miso soup and algae salad were really tasty too. The service was very friendly, but there is room for improvement here, it seemed they were a little overwhelmed by the Saturday crowd of their customers. I'd definitely want to come back next time I visit Cremona.

The table setting pretty good and tasteful, major down side is the overheated room ( what made me stop ordering more and leave ) too loud and cold looking environment, staff with no charm and very distracted without any hospitality training. This place would benefit from dimmed lights and candles on every table. I’ve been to many international Japanese restaurants ( traditional and fusion), I wouldn’t go back here.
