★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che vado e c'è la stessa commessa, scortese e incompetente. Poverina ha dovuto chiudere la sua telefonata per colpa mia che volevo comprare. Preciso che ha terminato la chiamata solo dopo tre volte che l'ho guardata e le ho fatto segno, per poi chiedermi in tono NON molto garbato:"deve chiedere?" E anche questa volta non avevano quasi ciondoli. Pochissima scelta. Un peccato. Volevo comprare altri due regali oltre al ciondolo pandora ma siccome non mi è sembrata molto disponibile e quindi ho preferito andare via.
This is the second time I go and there is the same saleswoman, rude and incompetent. Poor thing had to end her phone call because I wanted to buy. I specify that she ended the call only after three times I looked at her and made a sign, and then asked me in a NOT very polite tone: "must you ask?" And this time too they had almost no charms. Very little choice. A shame. I wanted to buy two other gifts in addition to the pandora pendant but since it didn't seem very available to me and so I preferred to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e non professionali. A vendere siamo tutti bravi! Ma é nel risolvere i problemi che si vede la professionalità di un commerciante. Per fare un semplice cambio di misura dovevo attendere dopo il 6 gennaio. A Lamezia nonostante non avessi comprato lì il prodotto mi é stato cambiato subito.

"solo taglie piccole abbiamo di questi bracciali non le fanno grandi"(volevo una misura 19) almeno si informassero sui modelli aziendali prima di dire che una cosa "non la fanno" sul sito ho trovato tutte le taglie disponibili...
Inoltre sono molto saccenti e credono di avere sempre ragione. Solo online d'ora in poi
