★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza PESSIMA: mi è stato regalato un anello Amanthia dal quale, appena indossato, è letteralmente caduta la medaglietta che era INCOLLATA nella parte superiore dell'anello. La cosa terribile è che NON mi è stata data la possibilità di scegliere un anello per cambiarlo, cosa per la quale credo che dovrei ad ogni modo avere il diritto visto che l'anello non lo avevo scelto io, ma era un regalo. Mi è stato detto che l'unica soluzione era farlo sostituire dall'azienda produttrice, e tornare a riprendere quello stesso anello.
Inoltre io sono di Reggio Calabria perciò dovrò ritornare apposta a riprenderlo dopo aver fatto un viaggio inutile oggi per sentirmi privata dei miei diritti. E dovrò consumare altra benzina ancora per riprendere un anello che probabilmente nemmeno userò per la paura di perdere la medaglietta che è, sottolineo, incollata (e non incastonata, com'è giusto che sia).
Lascio una stella perché non è possibile non metterne nessuna, ma non ne vale manco mezza, visto, oltretutto, l'atteggiamento irritante della commessa.
BAD experience: I was given an Amanthia ring from which, as soon as I put it on, the medal that was glued to the top of the ring literally fell. The terrible thing is that I was NOT given the option to choose a ring to change it for, which I believe I should be entitled to anyway since I didn't choose the ring, but it was a gift. I was told that the only solution was to have it replaced by the manufacturer, and go back to get that same ring back.
Furthermore, I am from Reggio Calabria so I will have to return on purpose to take it back after having made a useless trip today to feel deprived of my rights. And I will have to consume more petrol to get back a ring that I probably won't even use for fear of losing the medal which is, I stress, glued (and not set, as it should be).
I leave a star because it is not possible not to wear any, but it is not even worth half of it, given, moreover, the irritating attitude of the saleswoman.
