★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo di non aver mai avuto esperienza peggiore. Mi sono recata da loro per la stampa di qualche foglio da una chiavetta USB, dei documenti che mi servivano. Al mio arrivo ho chiesto il costo per foglio, ma alla mia domanda non hanno risposto. Hanno preso la chiavetta, per 10 minuti si sono ingegnati vicino al computer, ed alla fine mi hanno consegnato un plico chiuso senza dirmi nulla, chiedendomi però 4 € per una ventina di pagine. Alle mie rimostranze mi hanno risposto molto male. Per di più hanno anche sbagliato documento! Sono dovuta tornare indietro per chiedergli di stampare il file corretto. Tra l'altro il loro atteggiamento è stato pessimo: non si sono nemmeno scusati per il loro errore, e sono stati fastidiosamente supponenti nel parlarmi. Non credo mi vedranno entrare più dalla loro porta.
I don't think I've ever had a worse experience. I went to them to print some sheets from a USB stick, some documents I needed. Upon my arrival I asked for the cost per sheet, but my question was not answered. They took the key, for 10 minutes they worked near the computer, and in the end they handed me a closed package without saying anything, but asking me for € 4 for about twenty pages. My complaints were answered very badly. What's more, they also got the wrong document! I had to go back to ask him to print the correct file. Among other things, their attitude was bad: they didn't even apologize for their mistake, and they were annoyingly arrogant in talking to me. I don't think they'll see me enter their door anymore.
