Suggerisco una verifica prima della consegna. Very kind and helpful staff, various items for furniture and furniture, affordable prices on promotional items, slightly long delivery times and some kits of furniture components in some cases not complete. I suggest a check before delivery.

Esperienza pessima per la commessa in cui sono appena incappata..maleducata e pure sarcastica nei confronti della collega che mi aveva servito la volta precedente. Le consiglio di cambiare mestiere se riesce a farsi assumere da un'altra parte! Nothing to complain about the shop and the products. Bad experience for the saleswoman I just ran into .. rude and even sarcastic towards the colleague who had served me the previous time. I advise you to change jobs if you can get hired elsewhere!

La qualità dei materiali è generalmente buona. Il personale è mediamente preparato, disponibile e cortese. Comodo l’accesso in auto, con parcheggio fronte negozio, agevoli le operazioni di carico (e se serve il personale dà una mano: bravi!) The staff is on average trained, helpful and courteous. Convenient access by car, with parking in front of the shop, easy loading operations (and if needed, the staff can help out: well done!)

Peccato che all’interno, le stesse sedie avessero prezzo 55€ cadauna. Fatto notare la cosa, prima ci accordiamo per 395€ complessivi (chissà qual’era il vero prezzo del tavolo) poi, il colpo di genio: mi dicono che purtroppo le sedie erano tutte prenotate…e che se volevo dovevo scegliere altro. Ho preso il tavolo perché avevo bisogno, per le sedie andrò da un’altra parte. Per fare i furbi, esserlo non guasterebbe… Beware of offers. Outside, 4 garden chairs (€ 75 each) plus a garden table (€ 175) were on offer for € 429. Too bad that inside, the same chairs were priced at € 55 each. Having pointed this out, first we agree for a total of € 395 (who knows what the real price of the table was) then, the stroke of genius: they tell me that unfortunately the chairs were all booked ... and that if I wanted I had to choose something else. I took the table because I needed it, I'll go somewhere else for the chairs. To be smart, it wouldn't hurt to be smart ...
