Per fortuna che e' una gioielleria in pieno Centro a BZ e pure molto rinomata. Ora ho dovuto portare il mio.orologiopresdo un altro rivenditore x farmi cambiare la batteria probabilmente non avranno molto smercio ma almeno controllare se le batterie che rivendono sono.piene. I just changed a few weeks ago the battery of my swatch which should hold about two years and it kept me yes and no two weeks. Fortunately, it is a jeweler in the center of BZ and also very renowned. Now I had to bring my watch to another dealer to have the battery changed they probably won't have much sale but at least check if the batteries they resell are full.

Ich kenne inzwischen einige Uhrengeschäfte und Juweliere im In- und Ausland. Aber ich habe noch keines erlebt, das in Sachen Kompetenz, Beratung, Service, Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit an das Team von Fa. Ranzi herankommt. Die Beratung ist excellent und dabei höchst kompetent, der Service und After-Sales-Service ist hervorragend. Der Kunde und dessen Wünsche stehen an 1. Stelle. Das spürt man sofort und es macht das Kauferlebnis damit wirklich zum Vergnügen. Ich schätze dabei die private, fast familiäre Atmosphäre und dass man dort als Kunde wie auch als Mensch geschätzt wird. Arroganz und Überheblichkeit wie ich es leider schon andernorts erfahren musste, erlebt man bei Fa. Ranzi nicht. Wer sich für Qualitätsschmuck und hochwertige Uhren interessiert, dem kann ich Fa. Ranzi wirklich sehr guten Gewissens ans Herz legen. Er/Sie wird nicht enttäuscht werden. If you are looking for high-quality jewelry and branded watches, Ranzi is now the very first address for me. I now know a number of watch shops and jewelers at home and abroad. But I have not yet seen anyone that comes close to the Ranzi team in terms of competence, advice, service, customer orientation and friendliness. The advice is excellent and highly competent, the service and after-sales service is excellent. The customer and their wishes come first. You can feel that immediately and it really makes the buying experience a pleasure. I appreciate the private, almost familiar atmosphere and that you are valued there as a customer and as a person. Arrogance and arrogance as I unfortunately had to experience elsewhere, you don't experience at Ranzi. If you are interested in quality jewelry and high-quality watches, I can really recommend Ranzi with a clear conscience. He / she will not be disappointed.
W	Wulf Stahmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei dem Konzessionär eine Omega Speedmaster Mark 1 zur Komplettrevision abgegeben. Bei der Abholung habe ich die Funktionen geprüft--- Alles okay. Abends wollte ich die Uhr anlegen, FASTCWÄRE SIE MIR HERUNTER GEFALLEN, DA EIN FEDERSTEG NICHT FEST WAR!!!! Wie hätte ich den Schaden nachweisen können??? Trotz eines Anrufes dort --- keine Rückmeldung des Herrn Ranzi. Ich besitze viele Manufakturuhren, nursowas ist mir noch nirgendwo passiert. Da ich persönliche Verbindungen zu Omega habe, werde ich dies dort melden. I gave the concessionaire an Omega Speedmaster Mark 1 for a complete overhaul. When I picked it up, I checked the functions --- everything is okay. In the evening I wanted to put the watch on, I ALMOST WOULD FALL IT DOWN BECAUSE A SPRINGBAR WAS NOT FIXED!!!! How could I prove the damage??? Despite a call there --- none Feedback from Mr. Ranzi. I own a lot of manufacture watches, nothing like that has ever happened to me before. As I have personal connections to Omega I will report this there.
