★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechtes Personal. Wissen selbst nicht, was sie genau für Ware verkaufen geschweige aus welchen Materialien ihre Ware besteht. Wollten einen Mantel kaufen und die Verkäuferin versicherte uns, das cashmere mit verarbeitet seih, obwohl das nicht der Fall war. Zudem wollten wir diesen Mantel in einer anderen Farbe und wiederum versicherte uns diese Dame das es diesen Mantel nur in der Farbe gäbe, was jedoch auch nicht stimmte. Sind dann bei einem anderen Fach Verkäufer fündig geworden.
0 Sterne würde ich hier vergeben.
Very bad staff. They don't even know what kind of goods they are selling, let alone what materials their goods are made of. Wanted to buy a coat and the saleswoman assured us that the cashmere was also processed, although that was not the case. In addition, we wanted this coat in a different color and again this lady assured us that this coat was only available in that color, which was also not true. Have then struck gold at another specialist seller.
I would give 0 stars here.
