A fine marzo 2016 ho prenotato telefonicamente un'auto all'ufficio Joyrent di Bologna per un periodo di due settimane in agosto, auto da ritirare a Catania. La prenotazione mi Γ¨ stata subito confermata, con tanto di e-mail , che mi indicava il numero telefonico da contattare una volta arrivati a Catania, il nome dell'impiegata preposta, e il documento di prenotazione, con tanto di numero, che posso produrre in qualsiasi momento. Il giorno prima del mio arrivo a Catania ho chiamato il telefono indicatomi per essere sicura del luogo di incontro, visto che a marzo Joyrent non aveva ancora l'accettazione presso l'areoporto. A quel momento l'impiegata mi comunicava che non vedeva la mia prenotazione, e, ve la faccio molto ma molto breve, non poteva farci nulla, quindi avrei dovuto arrangiarmi. IL GIORNO PRIMA DEL MIO ARRIVO A CATANIA !!!!!!! Ho subito chiamato l'ufficio di Bologna che mi ha confermato che la prenotazione, loro LA VEDEVANO, ma contattato l'ufficio di Catania Γ¨ stato subito palese che l'auto non era a mia disposizione per il periodo prenotato. IO NON FACCIO NESSUN COMMENTO, MI PARE CHE LA VICENDA SI COMMENTI DA SOLA. Tornata dalle ferie ho scritto una e-mail al customercare che non mi ha degnato nemmeno di una risposta. Questa Γ¨ la mia esperienza !!!!! Io mi sono trovata a Cartania il 12 agosto con le mie pesanti valige a dover raggiungere un masseria nell'entroterra di Pozzallo, a piedi .................
At the end of March 2016 I booked a car by phone at the Joyrent office in Bologna for a period of two weeks in August, a car to pick up in Catania. The reservation was immediately confirmed to me, complete with an e-mail, which showed me the telephone number to contact once I arrived in Catania, the name of the employee in charge, and the booking document, with a number, which I can produce at any time. The day before I arrived in Catania, I called the phone to be sure of the meeting place, as in March Joyrent still had no acceptance at the airport. At that moment the clerk informed me that she didn't see my reservation, and, I do it very, very short, she couldn't do anything about it, so I would have to make do. THE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL IN CATANIA !!!!!!! I immediately called the Bologna office who confirmed that the reservation, they saw, but contacted the Catania office it was immediately obvious that the car was not available to me for the period booked. I DON'T MAKE ANY COMMENT, I MIND THAT IT COMES OUT BY YOU ONLY. When I returned from vacation, I wrote an e-mail to custom that it didn't even give me an answer. This is my experience !!!!! I found myself in Cartania on 12 August with my heavy suitcases having to reach a farm in the hinterland of Pozzallo, on foot .................

Ho prenotato un'auto con Joyrent x 12 giorni presso l'aeroporto di Palermo il 20/07. Purtroppo non vedendo passare il Bus navetta x la consegna del'auto, mi sono recato in Taxi presso la loro sede che si trova a Cinisi e l'abbiamo trovata chiusa, almeno una Mail la potevano fare x avvertire della chiusura, mi Γ¨ stato anche addebitato il costo del noleggio dell'auto, inutile telefonare x avere informazioni. Dei veri Cialtroni !
I booked a car with Joyrent for 12 days at Palermo airport on 20/07. Unfortunately, not seeing the shuttle bus pass for the delivery of the car, I went by Taxi to their headquarters in Cinisi and we found it closed, at least one Mail could be sent to warn of the closure, I was also charged the cost of car rental, no need to call for information. Real scoundrels!

This company is terrible. No shuttle at the airport as stated, terrible comunication. We waited for 2h until we got our car. I would never use their services again.

Horrible company. Outside of the bad service they charged my creditcard for 120 € 4 months after my holiday. The car was fully paid for when I returned it. When asked why they charged the extra 120 € I never got a reply, called and mailed them tens of times.

We had trouble finding them, as they were a ten minute drive from the airport, which we did not appreciate. Eventually, car was fine and the chap we returned it to was very helpful But now, 3 months later, they have taken another Β£40 off my credit card! This is fraud and I am having to pursue this with my credit card provider. Really poor

Horrible car rental service that practices overbooking! We booked a car for a week 2 months before our trip to Milan. They told us over the phone to look for the white shuttle car at gate 6, all shuttles and taxis are white!!!! When we finally managed to find the right shuttle car to go to their office (15 min from the airport), they told us that they didn't have any car available and that we should look for another car rental service. The worst thing, while we were outside trying to find another car over the phone, the same guy who told us they didn't have any cars (Andy?) parked a car just in front of us and started preparing it for other customers who were standing next to us! Finally, we managed to get a car at the airport at a cheaper price (40€ less!) with a major rental service. Don't waste your time and money with this company

We had an awful and violent experience renting with Joyrent in Firenze. We paid for a medium car, but they provided a worse car saying that both cars had similar category. However according to their website, the car they provided us was 30% cheaper than our car. The fuel level for that car was not full (only 80% of the total fuel was provided) and they said that it was a mistake from the fuel reader of the car. We asked them how to proceed and they told me to give back the car full of fuel and we will see how the fuel reader would be 80% instead of 100%. Once we refueled the car, surprise, the fuel reader was 100% of its capacity!!! So, we claimed in the office to get the fuel difference back and the same for providing a worse and cheaper car than the one we paid. Then the front desk person behavior was extremely rude and even not only verbally but also psychically aggressive. This person shouted to me in front of other clients so close in my face, after I left the office and even he hit my boyfriend's head and his chest at the same time he pushed my boyfriend outside the office. We got so frightened for our physical integrity that even a couple of police had to come to take care of the situation. We don’t understand how that aggressive person can be dealing with clients!!! We strongly recommend to avoid renting with this aggressive people from Joyrent.
