La piega era davvero bella, ma quando ho lavato i capelli da sola mi sono accorta di avere ancora le doppie punte e la parte al fondo rovinata, non era stato tagliato praticamente nulla :(. Per avere un risultato del genere prezzo troppo alto.
Unfortunately I am dissatisfied. Despite everyone's sympathy and the well-kept restaurant, I didn't like the cut at all. The crease was really nice, but when I washed my hair myself I realized that I still had split ends and the ruined bottom part, practically nothing had been cut :(. To have such a result, the price was too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un "preventivo" di 194 euro, presentato su di un foglietto. Da me accettato nella speranza di ottenere qualcosa che mi piacesse e che rispecchiasse le mie richieste. Taglio insistente, ho dovuto dopo un mese rifare il colore e tagliare i capelli. Aspetto ancora la loro chiamata a distanza di due mesi per un prodotto che avevo chiesto. Per quella cifra, totalmente immeritato
An "estimate" of 194 euros, presented on a piece of paper. Accepted by me in the hope of getting something that I liked and that reflected my requests. Insisting cut, after a month I had to redo the color and cut my hair. I am still waiting for their call two months later for a product I had asked for. For that figure, totally undeserved

Storte sulla fronte, capellini svolazzanti ovunque, chiusura con ottocento Ferretti tutti a vista e nessuno che regga realmente, presumibilmente non dureranno due ore figurarsi fino a stasera.
Sarebbe più onesto ammettere di non saper fare un lavoro piuttosto che farlo male, specialmente se il costo di tale obbrobrio è 25€ per 12 minuti di lavoro.

It would be more honest to admit not knowing how to do a job than to do it badly, especially if the cost of such an opprobrium is € 25 for 12 minutes of work.
