La mia auto in garanzia ha presentato un problema meccanico e le varie officine renault di Torino mi hanno concesso un appuntamento con tempi di attesa di oltre 20 giorni, mentre i Fratelli Lupia hanno preso in carica la mia auto il giorno stesso che li ho contattati. Inoltre, mi è stato offerto un ottimo servizio con auto sostitutiva.
The Lupias both proved to be very kind and helpful. My car under warranty presented a mechanical problem and the various renault workshops in Turin granted me an appointment with waiting times of over 20 days, while the Lupia brothers took charge of my car the same day I contacted them. Also, I was offered great service with a replacement car.
