Sarebbe riduttivo scrivere solo queste parole per descrivere l'interazione con Jokerland ed il suo proprietario, Alessandro Vanzo. Con tutto che il mio acquisto e' avvenuto a distanza, via Whatsapp e spedizione via corriere, se mai passero' da Verona, avro' il piacere di passare dal negozio e stringere la mano al titolare. Cortesia, professionalita' e passione per i giochi da tavolo sono i termini che meglio si adattano per qualificare il tutto. Anche a fronte di un modesto acquisto, un mazzo espansione per Marvel Champions, sono stato seguito in tutte le fasi dell'acquisto con una non comune educazione e professionalita', che, specie di questi tempi, e' cosa rara. Articolo mostrato con foto via Whatsapp, imballato con cura maniacale: rinforzi in cartone alla scatola in plastica, foglio di plastica espansa per attutire gli eventuali urti, doppio giro di nastro da pacchi e busta esterna in plastica. Arrivato via corriere in 3 giorni. Continuero' sicuramente ad acquistare da Jokerland! Anche perche' ha articoli introvabili o quasi da altre parti. Spectacular shopping experience! For real. Appena entrati ci ha accolto il proprietario Alessandro, subito molto cordiale e disponibile. Il negozio ha una buona disponibilità di giochi in vendita e una piccola esposizione di miniature. Inoltre c'è una libreria di giochi a disposizione da poter provare e farsi magari un'idea prima di un acquisto. Noi ci siamo seduti con Alessandro che ci ha spiegato i giochi e ha giocato con noi. Si vede la passione che ha per questo mondo ed è super preparato. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarlo...?
