Una bella scelta di panini, piadine e fritti a un prezzo super economico e con una qualità medio alta ma che solo provando potreste capire di cosa sto scrivendo. Titolare semplice e super gentile, cerca di venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Direi persona squisita. Dipendenti (quasi tutti rider), giovani e simpatici(hanno preso dal titolare secondo me?). Unica cosa, hanno un grosso ammasso di lavoro, praticamente sempre, quindi consiglio il loro servizio di delivery piuttosto che fermarsi li a mangiare. Per quanto riguarda appunto il delivery, forse sono anche troppo perfetti, perché o sono puntualissimi o sono in anticipo. Ma assolutamente mai in ritardo! Consiglio vivamente!? I think they make the best burgers in Ferrara !!! Really a bomb! A nice choice of sandwiches, wraps and fried foods at a super cheap price and with a medium-high quality but that only by trying you could understand what I'm writing about. Simple and super kind owner, he tries to meet any customer need. I would say exquisite person. Employees (almost all riders), young and nice (they took from the owner in my opinion?). Only thing, they have a lot of work, almost always, so I recommend their delivery service rather than stopping there to eat. As far as delivery is concerned, perhaps they are even too perfect, because either they are very punctual or they are in advance. But absolutely never late! I highly recommend! ?

Mai più grazie Bad, After waiting more than an hour and a half, besides having eaten it cold as well, as if that were not enough I also found a hair inside. Never again thanks

Ordine fatto con just eat, ritardo di un’ora, prima che mi arrivasse chiamo per chiedere del mio ordine e mi rispondono che hanno ricevuto molti ordini, ciò non giustifica a mio parere l’attesa infinita. Panino mediocre, patatine davvero immangiabili, qualità davvero bassa, il tutto arrivato freddo, mai avuta un’esperienza così negativa. Non è mio solito lasciare una recensione negativa ma mi auspico che serva per migliorare. Bad. Order made with just eat, one hour delay, before I arrived I call to ask about my order and they reply that they have received many orders, this does not justify the endless wait in my opinion. Mediocre sandwich, really inedible fries, really low quality, everything arrived cold, never had such a bad experience. I don't usually leave a negative review but I hope it will improve.

Sinceramente non capisco il senso di ordinare da mcdonald quando ci sono posti come questi che allo stesso prezzo offrono panini e patatine di qualità e dimensioni nettamente superiore, praticamente allo stesso prezzo. Non conosco il locale perchè ho sempre ordinato d'asporto, non hanno mai fatto più di 5 minuti di ritardo, anche se va detto che non ho mai ordinato venerdì/sabato sera. Great experience! I honestly don't understand the point of ordering from mcdonalds when there are places like these that offer much higher quality and size sandwiches and chips for the same price, at pretty much the same price. I do not know the place because I have always ordered take-away, they have never been more than 5 minutes late, even if it must be said that I have never ordered Friday / Saturday night.
