Sono stato per un taglio capelli uomo, e mi ha seguito un ragazzo di appena 18 anni veramente capace di fare il suo mestiere. Era davvero un pacco di tempo che non andavo a tagliare i capelli e non mi trovavo nella migliore delle situazioni (avevo pure un rasta non voluto). Mi sono sentito coccolato e seguito in tutto e per tutto nel raggiungere la soluzione da me desiderata centrando l'obiettivo a pieni voti. 5 stars deserves them all. I was for a man haircut, and a boy of just 18 years old really capable of doing his job followed me. It was really a lot of time that I wasn't going to cut my hair and I wasn't in the best of situations (I also had an unwanted rasta). I felt pampered and followed in all respects in reaching the solution I desired by hitting the target with flying colors.

Trattasi di gente che nel 2019 aderisce ad iniziative di mktg dove dichiara di elarigre coupon del valore di 18€ (allego foto) e non sa neppure che tipo di trattamento includono (o fa finta)! Sono entrata e, oltre all'attesa dove neppure mi guardano in faccia, mi fanno andare nel reparto estetica dove mi accoglie una ragazzina dolcissima che, purtroppo, non era minimamente stata avvisata di quello che dovevo fare. Il coupon da me acquistato menziona un'abbronzatura spray corpo, un trattamento viso e una manicure. La ragazza mi dice che è compreso soltanto uno dei 3 trattamenti... non chiaro ma nessun problema, scelgo l'abbronzatura spray. Peccato che l'abbronzatura spray sia solo per collo e décolleté!!! Non accetto ovviamente , considerando che in altri centri il prezzo per tale servizio varia dai 9 ai 12 euro! Chiedo spiegazioni, ma il titolare, cafone come pochi, continua a non considerarmi... Avviso la ragazza che il coupon lo utilizzerò altrove e quando esclamo ad alta voce di imparare a specificare bene quali sono i servizi offerti dal centro, finalmente il "galantuomo" si gira dicendo che non sa neppure cosa possano contenere quei voucher!!! IL MKTG È UNO STRUMENTO CHE SE USATO BENE PORTA PROFITTI E CLIENTI FELICI, SE USATO MALE PORTA CLIENTELA INSODDISFATTA E RECENSIONI COME QUESTA! A MAI PIÙ!!! Bad reception! I ask for explanations, but the owner, peasant like few, still does not consider me ... Notice the girl that the coupon I will use elsewhere and when I exclaim aloud to learn to specify well what are the services offered by the center, finally the "gentleman "he turns around saying he doesn't even know what those vouchers can contain !!!
