Atendimento telefonico scortesi .. prima mi hai risposto una signorina che non sapeva dare l'informazione, poi o sentito una voce che dice "chi è?", la signorina risponde: "è una signora straniera ..e sorride", viene una signora a darmi degli informazione, ma mano vado chiedendo com'è la sessione di ozono, lei mi lascia parlando da sola ..io per capire se c'è qualcuno ancora, continuo a chiedere e mi risponde la signorina di prima, dicendo se potevo chiamare tra 20 minuti.
Conclusione ...atendimento scortese già al telefono, non lo so si sia per che sono straniera, penso proprio che sì. Mi dispiace, perche volevo fare la sessione di ozono.
