M	Miro Brad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai piu:dopo quasi 2 settimane arriva il mio pacco spedito dalla Germania arriva a rende ,quest'ultimo in un primo momento dichiara che l'indirizzo era errato (nn si sono presi neanche la briga di chiamare per i vari problemi) comunque dopo aver chiamato la sede centrale mi svincola la giacenza del pacco do ulteriore info tra cui altri numeri ecc ( anche quello del vicino) ieri la beffa esitano la consegna :assente al primo passaggio essendo una pizzeria mi sembra molto strano visto che siamo aperti già dalle 11 ... muha cmq oggi siamo riusci ad avere il pacco zero proprio Never again: after almost 2 weeks my parcel sent from Germany arrives to return, the latter at first declares that the address was incorrect (they didn't even bother to call for the various problems) anyway after having called the headquarters, I am released from the stock of the parcel, I give further info including other numbers etc. (even the neighbor's one) yesterday the hoax hesitates delivery: absent at the first step, being a pizzeria, it seems very strange to me since we are already open from 11. .. muha anyway today we managed to have the zero parcel of its own

Ritardi esagerati (tipo 3 settimane anche più) nella consegna dei pacchi....oltretutto al num del servizio clienti non risponde mai nessuno, ma risponde un msg vocale che dice che gli operatori sono occupati e invita a richiamare più tardi riagganciando la conversazione e preciso che va avanti così da settimane giorno dopo giorno! È il secondo pacco ordinato su bonprix che non mi viene consegnato. Addirittura l'altra volta ho ricevuto la chiamata del corriere che mi intimava di andargli incontro (dovevo fare 1h di macchina x andargli incontro) altrimenti non sapeva quando avrebbe potuto consegnare il pacco, magari tra qualche settimana perché doveva passarlo al collega! Assurdo veramente! Ma la colpa è di aziende come bonprix che si affidano a corrieri così poco seri! Vergognoso! Bad experience with this courier !! Absolutely not recommended !!! Exaggerated delays (like 3 weeks even more) in parcel delivery ... moreover, the customer service number never answers anyone, but a voice message responds saying that the operators are busy and invites you to call back later by hanging up the conversation and I specify that it has been going on like this for weeks, day after day! It is the second package ordered on bonprix that is not delivered to me. Even the other time I received a call from the courier who told me to go to meet him (I had to drive an hour to meet him) otherwise he didn't know when he could deliver the package, maybe in a few weeks because he had to pass it to his colleague! Really absurd! But the fault lies with companies like bonprix who rely on such not serious couriers! Shameful!

Sto chiamando da giorni e sempre la stessa storia " i nostri operatori sono impegnati riprova più tardi.. " sono 4 giorni mah... . Un Pò di serietà. Very bad ...... the courier said you were at my house to give me a package .. Nn found me, nn left me no notice. I have been calling for days and always the same story "our operators are busy try again later .." are 4 days mah .... A bit of seriousness.
g	grazia surace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima, da 1 a 10 neanche 1, non riescono a consegnare i pacchi dicendo che non ci trovano a casa ma non lasciano neanche un avviso, poi sono mesi che cerco di chiamare il numero di riferimento ma non esiste mettersi in contatto con loro. vuol dire che manderò una comunicazione ufficiale alla bon prix e in più cercherò di mettermi in contatto con l'ufficio di Milano per dimostrare la mia lamentela. bad, from 1 to 10, even 1, fail to deliver the packages saying that they are not at home but do not even leave a notice, then for months I try to call the reference number but there is no contact with them. it means that I will send an official communication to the bon prix, and more will try to get in touch with the Milan office to show my complaint.

Ma se non consegnate i pacchi possiamo capire che cosa fanno tutto il giorno? Eppure lo stipendio viene percepito. Una vergogna. Iniziate a fare il proprio lavoro. Bad service I never answer, they say there is no one at home, the address is not recognized but they do not know how to do their job. They are bad.
