Tempi di attesa lunghissimi e personale MALEDUCATO, in quanto , ad un certo punto, quando sei il primo in linea, e toccherebbe a te, ti BUTTANO GIU' IL TELEFONO. I pazienti hanno bisogno di essere seguiti e non presi in giro! Bad secretarial service. N	Nancy Fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio a livello di segreteria: da una settimana che cerco di chiamare per avere un appuntamento con il mio medico, ma niente, anche 20 chiamate in una giornata e se sei fortunato a prendere la linea rimani in attesa anche mezz’ora per poi sentirti un nulla di fatto perché cade la linea!! CADE?!?! ?? Mah ci sarebbe da dire!! Ho fatto anch’io lo stesso lavoro e so come si gestisce il tutto, perciò non aggiungo altro!! Non resta che andare direttamente sul posto e attendere, costi quello che costi..... possono chiamare anche i carabinieri, perché ho tutta la documentazione che dimostra che ho bisogno urgentemente di parlare con il mio medico!!!! Mi proporrò come nuova segretaria ??, quasi sicuramente non ci sarebbero recensioni come la mia, visto che non sono l’unica che si lamenta della stessa cosa!!! ??
