★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff professionale e gentile, sanno consigliare senza insistere e a distanza di circa un mese il taglio e il gloss hanno tenuto benissimo. Buona anche la maschera che ho acquistato. Il costo è medio/alto, nella media di catene di questo tipo, ma fanno sempre attenzione a mostrare prima il preventivo per essere sicuri di non creare brutte sorprese.
Professional and kind staff, they know how to advise without insisting and after about a month the cut and the gloss have held up very well. The mask I purchased is also good. The cost is medium / high, in the average of chains of this type, but always make sure to show the quote first to be sure not to create nasty surprises.

Staff welcoming and prepared in every form, they transformed me and satisfied my every need: Sabrina and Sara really fantastic. I recommend it to everybody ! Mr. Luis so he calls himself does not know what it means to cut hair !!!! Not knowing how to make a fringe is serious for a hairdresser !!!! Never had such an ugly and indomitable fringe !!! Arrived at the salon without an appointment and with fiery red hair (renamed fluo xD) and regrowth.
I went out with the hair of the desired color, always red, and more beautiful than when I entered.
Kind, educated, prepared, professional and nice girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata la settimana scorsa, il personale non è per niente professionale, ho chiesto un colore uniforme invece sono uscita con delle punte rosse e le radici scurissime , premetto che non ho fatto mai alcuna decolorazione ai capelli, e che ho un biondo scuro naturale.
Sconsigliatissimo anche perché riguarda il taglio, mi sono ritrovata con delle ciocche di lunghezza diversa, ora non riesco nemmeno a portare una piega liscia.
Per il colore, maschera e taglio ho pagato un totale di 140 €, e sono uscita peggio di come sono entrata, e in più mi si sta screpolando la pele sulla fronte (sicuramente non hanno fatto il test alla reazione alergica), sto cercando di rimediare e mi sto rimpiangendo questa esperienza.
Non adatte assolutamente!
I was last week, the staff is not professional at all, I asked for a uniform color instead I went out with red tips and very dark roots, I state that I have never done any hair bleaching, and that I have a natural dark blonde.
Also not recommended because it concerns the cut, I found myself with locks of different lengths, now I can't even bring a smooth fold.
For the color, mask and cut I paid a total of 140 €, and I came out worse than I got in, plus the skin on my forehead is cracking (they definitely didn't take the allergic reaction test), I'm trying to make up for it and I'm regretting this experience.
Absolutely not suitable!
