★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora che gestisce il negozio è scortese e davvero poco professionale. Mia mamma era felice per un colore fatto molto bene ed è tornata per rifarlo, questa volta colore completamente diverso e sbagliato, ha fatto notare la cosa ma non hanno voluto ammettere l'errore, non c'è niente di male nello sbagliare ma nell'essere arroganti è presuntuosi di sbagliato c'è molto .... Comunque per "riparare" hanno proposto qualche mechetta al costo di 120 euro ....Mia madre è una signora e ha preso ed è andata via, loro hanno perso una cliente quando potevano essere più cortesi e professionali, forse si possono permettere di perdere clienti... Ma hanno perso credo anche qualcosa di più importante... Perché a volte per rendere felice un cliente basta poco... Forse non sanno una cosa e sono contenta di comunicargliela: cara signora la ruota gira....
The lady who runs the shop is rude and really unprofessional. My mom was happy for a color done very well and came back to do it again, this time completely different and wrong color, she pointed out the thing but they didn't want to admit the mistake, there is nothing wrong with making mistakes but in being arrogant is presumptuous there is a lot wrong .... However, to "repair" they offered some mechetta at a cost of 120 euros .... My mother is a lady and she took and went away, they lost a customer when they could be more courteous and professional, maybe they can afford to lose customers ... But I think they also lost something more important ... Because sometimes it takes little to make a customer happy ... Maybe they don't know a thing and they are happy to tell him: dear lady the wheel turns ....
