Ho fatto una colata che ho pagato 36,00€, sono dovuta tornare dopo una settimana perchè il gel su un dito si era tagliato a causa mia per detta dell'estetista e lateralmente al pollice il colore era saltato in più zone, non si è saputo perchè. Dopo 3 giorni dal ritocco e 10 dalla prima volta, il gel ha cominciato a saltare nelle stesse zone in cui mi fu sistemato ed anche su altre unghie. Chiamai di nuovo il centro, mi fu detto che questa volta sarei dovuta tornare per rimuovere il tutto e rifarla da capo pagando nuovamente 36,00€. Ad oggi, dopo 20 giorni da quando mi è stata fatta, la scena è pietosa. Non mi è mai capitato niente di simile. Mi sono voluta affidare a questo centro dopo un'ottima esperienza al centro affiliato di Afragola, ma non c'è nessun paragone! Se avessi saputo che il nome non garantiva la stessa qualità di lavoro, nonostante la distanza, sarei tornata lì. Non entrerò mai più in nessuno dei centri Jean Claude! Evidentemente le capacità dell'estetista di Afragola dipendono esclusivamente da lei e non è una pretesa dell'azienda (come mi sarei aspettata). Il nome non garantisce assolutamente niente! Voglio condividere le foto della mia situazione attuale, avrei voluto condividere anche lo scontrino, ma per superficialità l'ho buttato. I will never go back to this center! I made a casting which I paid € 36.00, I had to return after a week because the gel on a finger was cut due to me by the beautician and on the side of the thumb the color had jumped in several areas, it was not known why. After 3 days of retouching and 10 from the first time, the gel began to jump in the same areas where it was placed and also on other nails. I called the center again, I was told that this time I would have to come back to remove everything and do it all over again paying € 36.00 again. To date, 20 days after it was made to me, the scene is pitiful. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. I wanted to entrust myself to this center after an excellent experience at the affiliated center of Afragola, but there is no comparison! If I had known that the name did not guarantee the same quality of work, despite the distance, I would have returned there. I will never go into any of the Jean Claude centers again! Obviously the skills of the Afragola beautician depend exclusively on her and it is not a claim of the company (as I would have expected). The name guarantees absolutely nothing! I want to share photos of my current situation, I also wanted to share the receipt, but out of superficiality I threw it away.
