Avevo inviato un ordine al sito che le proponeva ,non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. La ringrazio tanto Kind and prepared saleswoman, she tried to solve my request for a circoline lamp and advised me how to get it, it's a difficult article to find. Famous electronic component shop. Staff a little rough in appearance but good at recommending. Prices a bit high, but it fits.
V	Valerio 76a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In risposta... educatamente ho chiesto di verificarmi un alimentatore ma mi è stato risposto che c'era da andare in laboratorio e che quindi il controllo non mi veniva fatto. NON avete voluto risolvere il problema perché dubito che non ne siate capaci, sarebbe ben grave non lo foste;) PS un sorriso, quando un cliente entra, non è obbligatorio ma gradito. Un cliente in meno, evidentemente (ben per voi) ne avete sin troppi... PPS mi son anche scusato, appena ripreso in malo modo, di non essermi disinfettato le mani appena entrato ed ho provveduto immediatamente. In response ... I politely asked to check a power supply but I was told that I had to go to the laboratory and therefore the check was not done. You did NOT want to solve the problem because I doubt that you are not capable, it would be very serious if you were not;) PS a smile, when a customer enters, is not mandatory but welcome. One less customer, obviously (well for you) you have too many ... PPS I also apologized, as soon as I recovered badly, for not having disinfected my hands as soon as I entered and I proceeded immediately.
G	Giorgia Gardellini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può fare aspettare per 40minuti i clienti in questo periodo...7persone dentro il negozio, per dare attenzione al cliente già ampiamente servito, che si mette a chiedere come funziona il pezzo acquistato...lo fai mettere in parte e cominci a vedere degli altri clienti, non puoi fare aumentare la coda sempre di più!!! Visto il periodo non mi pare proprio il caso! Si rischia la salute di tutti oltre ad essere una perdita di tempo enorme, quando magari come nel mio caso si voleva solo chiedere se il negozio aveva o meno un determinato tipo di prodotto... You cannot keep customers waiting for 40 minutes in this period ... 7 people inside the shop, to give attention to the customer who is already well served, who starts asking how the purchased piece works ... you put it in part and you start to see other customers, you can not increase the queue more and more !!! Given the period it does not seem the case! You risk everyone's health as well as being a huge waste of time, when perhaps as in my case you just wanted to ask if the shop had a certain type of product or not ...

Prezzi folli rispetto a quelli online. È chiaro che se vuoi avere subito quanto ti serve devi accettare..... Well stocked shop, competent staff. The owner is quite helpful and kind, unlike the other two ladies. Crazy prices compared to online prices. It is clear that if you want to have what you need immediately, you must accept .....

I prezzi purtroppo non sono affatto giustificati. Minuteria, soprattutto per gli appassionati di Ham radio, venduta quasi a peso d'oro... Me ne sono fatto una ragione: o così e subito o aspetti ed acquisti online a prezzi concorrenziali. Definitely a unique shop in the city, you can find everything and more. The owner (whom I have always known) is competent and helpful. The prices are unfortunately not justified at all. Small parts, especially for Ham radio fans, sold almost at their weight in gold ... I have come to terms with this: either like this and immediately or wait and buy online at competitive prices.
