★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno dimenticato a comunicare la mia prenotazione effettuata tre mesi prima, di conseguenza mi hanno dovuto sistemare la prima stanza che capitava, quella x disabili, fronte muro, senza bidet e box doccia... Un lago in camera tutte le sere! Ed una disabile hanno dato la stanza al 5 piano in una camera non adeguata alle sue esigenze.Un organizzazione da schifo! Se potessi toglierei anche l'unica stellina. ?
They forgot to communicate my reservation made three months before, consequently they had to fix the first room that happened, the one for disabled people, facing the wall, without bidet and shower ... A lake in the room every evening! And a disabled person was given the room on the 5th floor in a room that was not adequate for her needs. A disgusting organization!
