Credo sia il minimo servire un cliente che si ritrovi con un problema, dovrebbe essere il vostro lavoro. Dopo aver prenotato telefonicamente ho avuto il piacere di trovare sul posto del personale preparato ed educato che non mi ha fatto perdere tempo. Costo totale adeguato al servizio. Dopo aver pagato ben 600 euro per un tagliando di controllo(filtri, olio, ecc...) di una automobile, mai potevo pensare di essere truffato! Ebbene...la scorsa settimana ho portato la stessa macchina ad un'altra autofficina, quando il meccanico ha sostituito il filtro dell'aria ha visto che mancava del tutto. L'avevo pagato ma Autoservice Marchese non lo aveva cambiato. Stesso discorso per il filtro del Gasolio(pagato ma non sostituito). Consiglio:State alla larga da quelli che durante i controlli/tagliando non vi fanno assistere alle sostituzioni...Sicuramente hanno qualcosa da nascondere. Il cliente non è un pollo da spennare come lo sono stato io. Deluso! There is a proverb that says ... trust is good ... don't trust them, I recommend it! Disappointed!

Evidenzio che sto lasciando il commento a distanza di circa un anno, perchè proprio adesso ho acquistato lo stesso coupon per l'auto di mio padre a cui necessita ricaricare l'aria condizionata e mi sono accorto che è possibile recensire la propria esperienza. Consigliato!! L'unico consiglio che voglio dare al service, è di far modificare l'indirizzo che troviamo su Groupon, infatti, porta il vecchio indirizzo di Via Ernesto Basile 104/C. 100% satisfied I bought a coupon for recharging the air conditioning of my Citroen C3 Pluriel for € 19.90 and it works perfectly. E non sono un cliente abituale: conosciuti casualmente tramite autista del carro attrezzi dell'ACI Efficient and effective. Auto fixed trying to save me where possible. Owner Vincenzo took us in after hours and even drove us to our hotel. I communicated in english with lovely daughter Valentina via phone and WhatsApp and we were back on the road heading for Malta after a few days in beautiful Palermo. A very unexpected stay, but we met wonderful, friendly and relaxed people who care. Thanks Vincenzo & Valentina
