★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un computer fisso in assistenza qui personale gentilissimo e cordiale, fin qui tutto bene, il PROBLEMA? che per farmi sapere qual'era il componente danneggiato del mio PC ci sono voluti 3/4 settimane. Per uno come me che con il computer non lavora non è un problema ma per qualcun'altro potrebbe esserlo. Consiglio vivamente di informarsi delle tempistiche tecniche prima di lasciar il nostro apparecchio elettronico o almeno che il personale informi il cliente di ciò. 2 stelle perché la mia esperienza è stata stressante ma almeno ha riconosciuto il problema del mio PC
I brought a computer in assistance here very kind and friendly staff, so far so good, the PROBLEM? that to let me know what was the damaged component of my PC it took 3/4 weeks. For someone like me who doesn't work with the computer it's not a problem but for someone else it could be. I strongly recommend that you inform yourself of the technical timing before leaving our electronic device or at least that the staff informs the customer of this. 2 stars because my experience was stressful but at least recognized the problem of my PC
