Sbirciando su fb, trovo Jacopo Cherchi Riflessologo plantare e incuriosita (perché a 37 anni nn si può andare avanti a forza di medicinali) leggo la recensione addirittura di una mia cara amica. Ad oggi, quasi a metà percorso con Jacopo, dopo aver ripristinato la digestione con la Riflessologia, posso dire di aver riscontrato un nettissimo miglioramento! Da mesi non ho più lo sformicolio alla gamba che mi prendeva subito dopo aver camminato anche per soli 2 minuti... a volte anche solo per stare in piedi avevo fastidio, tanto da dovermi sedere altrimenti la gamba cedeva. Inoltre, avevo anche problemi con il ciclo poco regolare e doloroso, con la Riflessologia ho sistemato anche questo! Il mio percorso non è ancora finito ma Jacopo mi ha anche insegnato ad auto trattarmi, cosa che mi aiuta e piace tantissimo!!! Il mondo della riflessologia si è rivelato una grandissima scoperta per i miei problemi dovuti ad ernie cervicali e lombari infatti ho avuto notevoli benefici sui miei dolori senza utilizzare medicinali. Inoltre, in seguito ai trattamenti, è migliorata anche la mia condizione psico-fisica (mi sento più sereno ed energico) e la funzionalità dell'apparato genito-urinario. Altre volte avevo fatto ricorso a questo metodo terapeutico per vari problemi, quindi sapevo cosa aspettarmi, ciò nonostante, in queste 7 incontri devo dire che sono rimasta molto colpita da come intensamente il mio corpo ha risposto sotto i competenti interventi di Jacopo, mi ha trattato anche le orecchie e mi ha suggerito punti nelle mani a cui avrei potuto ricorrere. Mi ha inoltre proposto fiori di Bach spiegandomi il funzionamento. Ho trovato un ascolto e un confronto utili a ricollegare i "problemini" avuti negli anni agli organi relativi, i periodi di stress alle difficoltà fisiche, e lavorando sull'ostacolo principale mi ha aiutata a sciogliere e poi consolidare anche il resto del corpo. E' un professionista che ama condividere la sua conoscenza, ho potuto apprendere come mantenere l'equilibrio ritrovato con tante piccole accortezze, dall'alimentazione al lavoro anche sulla mano, da sola.
