★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo prenotare una visita, chiamo e la voce registrata mi indirizza a un numero diverso. Chiamo allora quest'ultimo, e dopo vari tentativi di insuccesso (segreteria telefonica) mi risponde una signora molto scocciata e mi chiude il telefono in faccia non prenotandomi la visita e sbuffando quei 10 secondi di telefonata. Comportamento decisamente poco professionale soprattutto per uno studio privato.
I wanted to book a visit, call, and the recorded voice directs me to a different number. Then I call the latter, and after several unsuccessful attempts (answering machine) a very annoyed lady answers me and closes the phone in my face by not booking me the visit and snorting those 10 seconds of phone call. Very unprofessional behavior especially for private practice.

In un ambulatorio privato ci si aspetta molta scrupolosità che non ho visto.
Per di più al telefono dicevano che per gli studenti la tariffa era 70€, mentre una volta arrivata era aumentata ad 80€.
Poca sincerità nel dare informazioni e poca professionalità.
Lots of money for a very quick 5 minute visit.
A lot of scrupulousness is expected in a private clinic which I have not seen.
What's more, on the phone they said that for students the rate was € 70, while once they arrived it was increased to € 80.
Little sincerity in giving information and little professionalism.
