Devo dire che con pazienza e professionalità mi hanno portato ad un ottimo livello per le mie aspettative. Ho perso peso e recuperato forma ma soprattutto mi diverto così tanto che non ne riesco a fare a meno. I had never done Crossfit. The thought was not suitable for my age (I am 55 years old). I must say that with patience and professionalism they brought me to an excellent level for my expectations. I lost weight and regained shape but above all I enjoy it so much that I can't help it.

Una delle poche dove si è seguiti costantemente da un Coach preparatissimo, dove il distanziamento è rispettato e le norme anticovid sono seguite alla lettera! Great gym! Dopo 6 mesi di attività posso dire che la mia esperienza è molto positiva. Simone il Coach è davvero straordinario e molto prearato, ti mette subito a tuo agio e ti fa sentire a casa. Riesce a coinvolgere tutti facendoti amare fin da subito il cross !!! Non è una palestra ma un box al cui interno trovi una favolosa famiglia pronta ad aiutarti e a sostenerti in tutti i tuoi progressi. Provare per credere, perchè è l'aria che respiri dentro a fare la differenza. I've never done any gym activities, but I wanted to try. Recommended by friends who already attended this gym I decide to join. After 6 months of activity I can say that my experience is very positive. Simone the Coach really is extraordinary and very prepared, it immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel at home. He manages to involve everyone making you love the cross right away !!! It is not a gym but a box inside which you find a fabulous family ready to help you and support you in all your progress. Seeing is believing, because it is the air you breathe inside to make a difference.

Ho conosciuto il crossfit grazie a loro e non ne posso più fare a meno: personale qualificato, attento alle esigenze di tutti e ambiente piacevole in cui è difficile annoiarsi. Inoltre, sono rispettate alla perfezione le norme anti-covid (cosa necessaria ma non scontata). Recommended for anyone who wants to get back in shape. I got to know crossfit thanks to them and I can no longer do without it: qualified personnel, attentive to everyone's needs and a pleasant environment in which it is difficult to get bored. Furthermore, the anti-covid rules are perfectly respected (which is necessary but not taken for granted).

Allenarsi è davvero piacevole grazie anche all'ambiente leggero e scherzoso. Very prepared and patient coach in both crossfit and MMA.
