★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo pomeriggio siamo stati da Jack & Jones per cercare dei jeans. Appena entrati un commesso ci chiede se avevamo bisogno di aiuto noi rispondiamo di no e ci spostiamo dall'altra parte del negozio. Mentre guardavo i jeans ho sentito i commessi parlare tra di loro per capire se qualcuno ci avesse già servito, uno di loro ha borbottato seccato: "Ho già chiesto loro tre volte se avevano bisogno di una mano" come se il nostro spostare la merce da soli li infastidisse. Fin qui anche se poco professionale questo atteggiamento ci potrebbe stare ma, ciò che mi ha contrariata è stato come ci ha serviti un altro commesso. Il suo modo di lavorare non mi è piaciuto come non mi sono mai piaciute le persone arroganti. Se un cliente ha piacere di guardare con calma e per conto proprio e se vuole provare pantaloni di una taglia in più della sua lo dovrebbe poter fare senza per forza sentirsi dire in modo saccente ed arrogante (se fosse stato diverso il tono non me la sarei presa) "Posso vedere che taglie avete preso!? No quella non va proprio bene si vede che ci stiamo dentro in tre" o senza venire continuamente in camerino a ripetere "Fammi vedere come ti stanno i jeans". Consiglierei inoltre di non dire " Con la tessera sconto non ci fai niente ci vuole una spesa minima di 60 euro" come a screditare tutte le spese inferiori a quella cifra. Vista la mia faccia contrariata infine il ragazzo che ci aveva "seguito" ha ben deciso di non salutare. Mi dispiace ma questo non è un buon modo di lavorare, capisco sia domenica sera che ci sia anche un po' di stanchezza ma il cliente è pur sempre cliente ed il rispetto è fondamentale se si vuole che quest'ultimo faccia ritorno.
We went to Jack & Jones this afternoon to look for jeans. As soon as we enter a clerk asks us if we needed help, we say no and move to the other side of the shop. As I looked at the jeans I heard the salesmen talking to each other to understand if someone had already served us, one of them muttered annoyed: "I have already asked them three times if they needed a hand" as if our moving the goods from only annoyed them. So far, even if unprofessional, this attitude could be there, but what annoyed me was how another clerk served us. I didn't like his way of working like I never liked arrogant people. If a customer likes to look calmly and on his own and if he wants to try trousers of a size larger than his, he should be able to do it without necessarily being told in a arrogant and arrogant way (if the tone had been different I would not have been taken) "Can I see what sizes you have taken !? No, that is not really good you can see that we are in it in three" or without continually coming to the dressing room to repeat "Show me how your jeans are". I would also advise not to say "With the discount card you can't do anything, you need a minimum purchase of 60 euros" as if to discredit all expenses less than that amount. Given my annoyed face, finally the boy who had "followed" us has decided not to say goodbye. I'm sorry but this is not a good way to work, I understand both Sunday evening that there is also a little tiredness but the customer is still a customer and respect is essential if you want the latter to return.

Could not find a size 50-52. All super tight pants that fit 2 sizes less. Not to mention that a 50 is marked XXL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi domenica, sono andata da Jack & Jones a Conegliano accompagnando un familiare e non abbiamo avuto una esperienza molto gradevole. Il negozio era vuoto e guardavamo le magliette e le taglie. Un commesso si è avvicinato e scortesemente ha cominciato a sistemare tutto, chiedendoci se il modello era adatto a lui. In quel momento siamo riusciti a vedere l’articolo e abbiamo risposto che cercavamo altro. Il commesso praticamente ci ha fatto uscire di quella sezione indicandoci l’altra parte del negozio. Sono consapevole che lavorare di domenica è impegnativo, che ci sono dei clienti che non hanno rispetto per l’organizzazione e lavoro altrui. Comunque questo non è il nostro caso…abbiamo molto rispetto per tutte le persone, per quelli che lavorano e offrono un servizio. Mi auguro che questo non succeda più e forse valuterò l'idea di tornare!
Today Sunday, I went to Jack & Jones in Conegliano with a family member and we didn't have a very pleasant experience. The shop was empty and we were looking at shirts and sizes. A salesman approached and rudely began to fix everything, asking us if the model was suitable for him. At that moment we were able to see the article and we replied that we were looking for something else. The clerk practically let us out of that section by pointing us to the other part of the shop. I am aware that working on Sundays is demanding, that there are clients who have no respect for the organization and work of others. However this is not our case… we have a lot of respect for all people, for those who work and offer a service. I hope this doesn't happen again and maybe I will consider coming back!
