Ci hanno fatto pagare 350 €per un tavolo con bottiglia, abbiamo dato anticipo . Arrivati sul posto dopo 1 ora di fila non c'era il nostro tavolo. LE ASSICURIAMO CHE NON CI SIAMO SBAGLIATI, INFATTI IL PROBLEMA È PROPRIO PERCHÉ NON SPUNTAVA NESSUNA PRENOTAZIONE A NOSTRO NOME. DOPO CHE CI AVETE ASSICURATO UN TAVOLO CON 2 BOTTIGLIE, CI AVETE CHIESTO UN ANTICIPO DI 100€, E DOPO AVER SALDATO L'INTERO CONTO DITE CHE NON SI TROVA NESSUNA PRENOTAZIONE ,PER NON PARLARE DELL'INFINITA FILA . POTEVATE BENISSIMO DIRE DI NO E CI ORGANIZZAVAMO DIVERSAMENTE. PER NON PARLARE DEL FATTO CHE LO STAFF NON SI RICONOSCE FRA DI LORO, ABBIAMO DATO IL NUMERO CON CUI ABBIAMO PARLATO(NUMERO PRESENTE IN LOCANDINA) E NON SAPEVA NESSUNO A CHI ERA AFFIDATO QUESTO NUMERO... SE NON È DISORGANIZZAZIONE QUESTA..... VI SIETE SALVATI SOLO PERCHÉ CI AVETE RESTITUITO L'INTERO IMPORTO. Personale scortese e maleducato...peccato che non si possano mettere 0 stelle. Assurdo come rispondano a ogni recensione di aver sbagliato locale, dopo aver rovinato il ferragosto a così tante persone. The worst place in all Giardini, a 1200 euro scam for a prive that didn't even exist. Rude and rude staff ... too bad they can't put 0 stars. I posti a sedere dimezzati rispetto al numero di persone che eravamo, come se non bastasse dopo aver pagato circa 800 euro per un privè rialzato veniamo sistemati in un angolino dimenticato da tutti. ESPERIENZA DA DIMENTICARE. Inutile usare la scusa di aver sbagliato a recensire locale. I strongly advise against coming, unfriendly staff and with zero professionalism. Consiglio al locale di prendere persone competenti nel campo ma soprattutto più gentili nel modo di rapportarsi con i clienti. il barman era calvo con un tatuaggio sul braccio ieri sera lavorava sulla parte sinistra del bancone dei drink, potete dire di avere più gentilezza con i clienti tutto qui in tutto ci vuole un po’ di cortesia ed educazione quella che mancava ieri sera da parte sua. Grazie ancora. Ci siamo fatti infinocchiare da un PR che ci ha convinto a sborsare 200€ per un tavolo, guardandosi bene dall'avvisarci del divieto di ballare, nemmeno con la mascherina. Pertanto ci siamo trovati in otto seduti e schiacciati in divanetti minuscoli. Musica scadente. Non consigliato Place that certainly has potential, but it should be managed a little better. I often come to this place, the evenings are the best in Giardini Naxos. The staff who work there are helpful and nice. Music touches all genres to allow anyone to have fun.
