★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato il 6/12 ed a oggi non mi è ancora arrivato nulla. Chiamato numero più volte che suona libero e nessuna risposta. Alle mail che ho inviato per sapere i tempi di consegna una sola risposta "due /tre giorni lavorativi grazie". Mai più. Sto cercando anche di capire come recedere dall'ordine ma non riesco a trovare come fare dal sito.
I ordered on 6/12 and I haven't received anything yet. Called number multiple times which rings free and no answer. To the e-mails I sent to know the delivery times, a single answer "two / three working days thanks". Never again. I'm also trying to figure out how to cancel the order but I can't find how to do it from the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato 6 bottiglie il 07.12 nessuna notizia per 2 settimane, aspettavo queste bottiglie per natale ma niente, addirittura anche il corriere le aveva ferme in magazzino senza consegnarle chissà perchè?! le ho dovute ritirare io di persona il 28.12. Non professionali e zero assistenza clienti. Peccato per i prezzi buoni, ma non giustificano lo scarso servizio
Ordered 6 bottles on 07.12 no news for 2 weeks, I was waiting for these bottles for Christmas but nothing, even the courier had them in stock without delivering them, who knows why ?! I had to collect them myself on 28.12. Unprofessional and zero customer support. Too bad for the good prices, but they don't justify the poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine consegnato dopo circa una settimana dalla data di acquisto. Di per sé è andato tutto bene, il problema è che non esiste un servizio clienti né telefonico né via mail (il minimo per gestire un e-commerce è rispondere alle mail). Se aggiungiamo che non vengono indicati sul sito i tempi necessari ad evadere un ordine (nel mio caso circa 3 giorni lavorativi) contattare il negozio mi sembra normale non avendo avuto più notizie dopo 48h dal pagamento.
La mancanza di un servizio clienti mi fa pensare che se dovessi avere un problema con l'ordine (necessità di reso o merce danneggiata ad esempio) nessuno mi garantirebbe quanto di diritto.
Per queste ragioni non mi sento di consigliare questo negozio e non penso che farò più acquisti da loro.
Order delivered after about one week from the date of purchase. In itself, everything went well, the problem is that there is no customer service either by phone or by email (the minimum to manage an e-commerce is to reply to emails). If we add that the time needed to process an order is not indicated on the site (in my case about 3 working days), contacting the shop seems normal to me having no more news after 48 hours from payment.
The lack of customer service makes me think that if I had a problem with the order (need to return or damaged goods for example) no one would guarantee me what is right.
For these reasons I don't feel like recommending this shop and I don't think I'll shop from them anymore.
