★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comparato da questa ditta una condizionatrice usata senza andarla a vedere, mi sono fidato dalle foto e dalla parola datomi da loro, mi arriva ed è tutto il contrario, varie rotture e macchina che prevede riparazioni! Chiamo per vedere il da farsi e prendono tempo, fino a non rispondermi più ne al telefono ne su whatsapp, nonostante gli abbia mandato le foto delle rotture il giorno stesso che mi è arrivata!! Non comprate da loro roba usata, sono solo bravi e vendere ferri vecchi!!!
I compared a used air conditioner from this company without going to see it, I trusted the photos and the word given to me by them, it comes to me and it's quite the opposite, various breakages and a machine that requires repairs! I call to see what to do and they take time, until they no longer answer me on the phone or on whatsapp, despite having sent them the photos of the breakages the same day that I arrived !! Don't buy used stuff from them, they are just good and sell old irons !!!
