Si vede l'attenzione nella ricerca di materie prime a partire dalla farina utilizzata per l'impasto agli ingredienti freschi e locali che ci sono al suo interno.

Nota positiva: prestano molta attenzione alla separazione dei rifiuti e prediligono l'utilizzo di stoviglie biodegradabili.
Very nice little place, staff who pay a lot of attention to customers. Excellent organization, reason for speed in the delivery of orders. Very extensive and particular piade menu. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little gem on the pedestrian street at Rimini Miramare. The Piadina is a local specialty that tourists should try if visiting this part of Italy. I looked at the reviews and I wanted to try it here ; it was very good and the owner also took time (there were only few customers ) to explain the good material (starting from the stone of the mill) and ingredients that they use to make it.
