★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello, purtroppo in preda alla degradazione palesemente da anni, cartelli inleggibili, legno degli infissi marcescente, palesemente mal valorizzato, tutto chiuso al museo che forse aprirà ad agosto.
 Nice, unfortunately in the grip of degradation clearly for years, unreadable signs, rotting wood of the fixtures, obviously badly valued, all closed to the museum that perhaps will open in August.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito archeologico bellissimo, in un contesto paesaggistico assolutamente affascinante dominato dal possente massiccio della Majella. Allora perché solo 2 stelle? Perché il sito è completamente abbandonato, erba tagliata nei luoghi destinati al pic nic e lasciata incolta nel sito; cartelli descrittori totalmente illeggibili così come quello indicante il sito anche arrugginito... peccato, veramente peccato! Potrebbe essere una risorsa, anche economica, per questi luoghi, per i pochi giovani che ci vivono ma niente ... meglio essere assistiti che assistere! Peccato ... veramente un gran peccato, un'occasione persa!
Beautiful archaeological site, in an absolutely fascinating landscape dominated by the mighty Majella massif. So why only 2 stars? Because the site is completely abandoned, grass cut in the picnic areas and left uncultivated on the site; totally illegible descriptive signs as well as the one indicating the site also rusty ... pity, really pity! It could be a resource, even an economic one, for these places, for the few young people who live there but nothing ... better to be assisted than to assist! Too bad ... really a great pity, a missed opportunity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sito archeologico è un luogo molto interessante, visitabile in poco tempo (direi un'oretta/un'oretta e mezza compresa la visita al museo accanto).
I resti dell'antica acropoli di Iuvanum sono visitabili circondati dal bellissimo paesaggio offerto dalla Majella.
Il posto è molto bello, ma la mia impressione è che il tutto sembra un po' lasciato a se stesso: ci sono cartelli illustrativi, ma non esiste alcun controllo, quindi chiunque potrebbe camminare sui reperti o rovinarli.
Il parco è completamente gratuito, ma consiglio la visita anche del museo adiacente, contenente accessori e oggetti utilizzati nella vita quotidiana rinvenuti negli scavi. Il costo del biglietto è di 4€.
The archaeological site is a very interesting place, which can be visited in a short time (I would say an hour / an hour and a half including a visit to the museum next door).
The remains of the ancient acropolis of Iuvanum can be visited surrounded by the beautiful landscape offered by the Majella.
The place is very nice, but my impression is that everything seems a bit left to itself: there are illustrative signs, but there is no control, so anyone could walk on the finds or ruin them.
The park is completely free, but I also recommend visiting the adjacent museum, containing accessories and objects used in everyday life found in the excavations. The cost of the ticket is 4 €.
