Dopo aver mandato una mail per chiedere la loro assistenza, sono stata contattata da una signora, ipotizzo una segretaria , perché non si è qualificata ne come avvocato ne come medico legale. Mi ha chiesto di esporle per sommi capi il mio caso, lei poi ne avrebbe parlato con i legali e mi avrebbe dato risposta a breve. Infatti mi scrive il giorno dopo, su WhatsApp, dicendomi che il mio caso è stato valutato negativamente e quindi non possono aiutarmi. Senza che nessuno abbia visto un referto medico, una risonanza, una carta qualunque. Senza conoscere realmente e nei dettagli il mio caso. Basandosi su un riassunto per sommi capi fatto a telefono e riportato! Che dire...Pessimi.
