Per trovare una scelta di prodotti ittici di buonissima qualità che Ottavio, il Comandante, trova dai suoi fornitori tra Adriatico e Jonio! E da anni che la qualità dei suoi prodotti non scade nella quantità. Poi all'offerta del pesce, Ottavio ha perfezionato la cucina locale (della costa adriatica) con piatti pronti per mangiare in compagnia, gustando il suo pesce e molluschi. La sperimentazione continua nella preparazione di nuovi piatti e la correttezza nell'offerta dei prodotti del mare (selezionati per la qualità) dovrebbe convincerti a provare le sue offerte (dai molluschi, crostacei e pesci), con la scoperta della periodicità della pesca (di cattura) e quella costante degli allevamenti di qualità. Se poi unite i suoi prodotti e il buon vino dei Produttori locali, non ti sorprenderai a ritornare e scoprire nuovi gusti. BRAVO! Why go to Locorotondo for fish?
