Sono l'amministratore di Stanza Semplice Roma 2, e ci occupiamo di prendere in locazione appartamenti per poi subaffittare le stanze a studenti universitari. Data la complessità dell'attività risulta spesso difficile spiegarla hai proprietari di immobili, cosa che invece Luca ha fatto perfettamente rendendo il tutto molto SEMPLICE E VOLOCE.
