Itcasa also supported me with all the project management of the work that needed to be done to the property. I can truly say that I felt fully supported every step of the way. Itcasa provide an amazing end to end service. Anyone thinking of buying property in Tuscany, I very highly recommend Itcasa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Tracey and Pierluigi on buying our dream house in Tuscany...which was more complicated than usual by having been abandoned for 9 years and owned by 15 heirs, who all had to agree. (Most had not agreed on anything for their adult lives...) Negotiation, deal, and closing done well. Tracey is English, and Pierluigi is Italian (from Anghiari), but lived in England since high school, so it was invaluable to have such deeply bi-lingual help on the purchase, and the restoration project management. Referrals on the teams they brought in for the restoration were also excellent. Super charming, funny, warm, nice people to boot. Always fun to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented holiday properties through Itcasa, and Tracey and Pierluigi were always very helpful in sorting out any problems which arose. When we decided to buy a property of our own in Anghiari, Pierluigi was again very helpful in helping us decide on a property and making arrangements for a survey and assessing what renovations we would need to make after the purchase. Once we had completed the purchase, we retained Pierluigi to project manage the renovations required, and he was very good with suggestions to deal with issues as they arose. We are very happy with the results, and recommend both Tracey and Pierluigi most highly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a house in Italy is a minefield, there are a lot of unscrupulous agents keen to sell you whatever they can, for the highest price possible, with little or no scruples - horror stories abound. We were very lucky to be introduced to Pierluigi and Tracey @itcasa.it - it’s no exaggeration to say that we couldn’t have completed our house purchase and move to Italy (in two months, prior to Brexit) without them. Not only did they find us our house (after we’d been looking for around 6/7 years), but they helped us with buying it (at auction ?), our residency, health registration, insurance, everything. They are as trustworthy and honest as the day is long - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
