Ho acquistato dei componenti tramite quest'azienda e ho dovuto recarmi di nuovo per l'assistenza per via di un componente difettoso dopo circa un anno (prima della scadenza del primo anno della fattura). Si sono tenuti i prodotti per 3 settimane, poi mi chiamano e mi dicono che bisogna cambiare gli altri prodotti di conseguenza altrimenti sarei tornato di nuovo con lo stesso problema (ovviamente mi hanno chiesto dei soldi, mica in garanzia....). Alla fine mi hanno sostituito il prodotto principale con lo stesso, ma mi hanno sostituito gli altri a pagamento ma soprattutto dandomi dei prodotti di pessima qualita' e marchio sconosciuto. Mi sono trovato molto male da queste persone, quindi non tornero' piu' ...!
Per di più, se chiedi i prodotti indietro, "non funzionanti", te li consegnano incompleti oppure non te li consegnano proprio.....
Aggiornamento: numero seriale del prodotto principale "sostituito" mancante di numero seriale.....

I purchased components through this company and had to go back for assistance due to a defective component after about a year (before the first year of the invoice expired). The products were kept for 3 weeks, then they call me and tell me that we must change the other products accordingly otherwise I would have come back again with the same problem (obviously they asked me for money, not under warranty ....). In the end they replaced the main product with the same, but they replaced the others for a fee but above all giving me products of bad quality and unknown brand. I got really sick from these people, so I'm not coming back ...!
Furthermore, if you ask for the products back, "not working", they will be delivered incomplete or they will not be delivered to you .....
Update: serial number of the main product "replaced" missing a serial number .....
