Ho fatto un ordine tramite app just eat, le pizze dovevano arrivare entro le 22:00 ma consultando l'app, alle 22:07 noto che l'ordine risultava chiuso. Provo a chiamare la pizzeria ripetutamente, ma nessuno risponde. Alle 22:30 circa finalmente mi risponde un signore, chiedo spiegazioni in merito al mio ordine e mi riferisce che il pizzaiolo si era sentito male e che avevano avvisato just eat dell'accaduto, ma che non avevano avuto tempo di avvisare i clienti. Adesso...a me dispiace per la persona che è stata poco bene, e questo l'ho ribadito al telefono, ma come è possibile che hanno avuto tempo di avvisare just eat, ma non i clienti? Inoltre mettiamo anche il caso che è così, ma non hanno risposto al telefono per più di venti minuti e non penso che in una pizzeria intera ci sta solo il pizzaiolo col tizio che mi ha risposto, solitamente i pizzaioli sono due e ci sono altre persone ad aiutarli ( questo lo so perché mi è capitato di andare a ritirare le pizze di persona). Mi dispiace ma mi sa tanto di presa in giro, motivo per il quale non ordinerò più da loro. I'm sorry but I won't be ordering from them anymore. I placed an order via the just eat app, the pizzas had to arrive by 22:00 but consulting the app, at 22:07 I notice that the order was closed. I try to call the pizzeria repeatedly, but no one answers. At about 10:30 pm a gentleman finally answers me, I ask for explanations about my order and he tells me that the pizza chef had felt ill and that they had warned just eat what had happened, but that they had not had time to notify the customers. Now ... I am sorry for the person who was unwell, and I reiterated this on the phone, but how is it possible that they had time to notify just eat, but not the customers? Moreover, let's also say that this is the case, but they didn't answer the phone for more than twenty minutes and I don't think that in an entire pizzeria there is only the pizza chef with the guy who answered me, usually there are two pizza chefs and there are other people to help them (I know this because I happened to go and collect the pizzas myself). I'm sorry but I know so much of teasing, which is why I will no longer order from them.
