Very bad and unfriendly service! I paid for tickets i never recieved!

Beware of this tour operator!!! They do not deliver what they promise and overbook their tours and then you are left without tickets!!

Horrible company with the worst service I have ever seen! They charged my credit card without sending me any tickets and when I wrote them they repeatedly asked the same questions without giving me my money back or answering to my question! Don´t spend your money for this, it is a waste!

I paid for tickets but did not received it. After many e-mails to and from the tour operators sent us tickets and we were able to do our visit.

Extremely Poor service.I bought the skip the line tickets with the audio guide included online.I talked all Day long with some employee at this Company because I haven’t received the voucher.After of 2-3 hours of talking with her/him,her/him suddenly stopped responding.I have No voucher and lost 34€.Plus,nobody is picking up the phone.

We bought tickets to our recent trip to the Colosseum three weeks before our vacation. As instructed we went to the Forum ticket office to exchange the voucher we received via email for tickets to the Colosseum for the appointment we had at 1030. They turned us away and were told to go directly to the Colosseum instead, I called the phone number on our voucher and was told by the lady that we would have to wait. Because we did not have tickets LIKE WE PAID FOR we had to wait in the longest line through security check (there are separate lines for those who already have tickets which go much faster obviously). Once we finally got through security we had to wait in yet another line to exchange the voucher at the Colosseum ticket office (like we should have been able to do at the Forum ticket office). We ended up spending over two hours in the rain with a baby. We paid extra money to avoid this situation and it was probably the single most terrible experience I’ve had in my travels through Italy, Europe or anywhere for that matter. I have since been in contact with the company and they resfuse to refund my money stating that the Colosseum’s record show we did not get there until well after our reservation time. OF COURSE WE DIDNT BECAUSE WE COULDNT GET OUR VOUCHER EXCHANGED IN ADVANCE LIKE WHAT IS INSTRUCNED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THE VOUCHER ITSELF TO BE ABLE TO GET THROUGH SECURITY QUCIKER. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. I’d highly suggest NEVER EVER booking your trip brought this company. Absolutely awful!!!! I wish I could give them no stars.

Vatican Museum and Cappella Sistina guided tour was perfect Fabrizio was an excellent guide and host. I couldn't ask for better.
