Mi è stato detto di attendere una e-mail per effettuare il pagamento a cui seguiva la spedizione. A questo punto silenzio sia di e-mail sia di telefonata: che delusione! f	fabio burtullio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffato, il pezzo dell'auto è arrivato difettoso, avvisati tramite email non rispondono, chiamati 3 volte al telefono tergiversano, mettendomi in attesa per dieci minuti senza tra l'altro richiamarmi o dicendo di volta in volta che arriverà il corriere a ritirare il pezzo ( mai arrivato) o ancora che devo spedirlo a mie spese le quali si andrebbero a sommare alle spese di spedizione già pagate (contro direttiva riguardo la restituzione) e a quelle del meccanico che ha fatto il lavoro inutilmente dato che il pezzo in questione si è rilevato alla provo rotto e dulcis in fundo il costo dell'articolo non mi andrà rimborsato sino a che questo non verrà rivalutato dalla casa di produzione! tutto questo contravvenedo non solo alla generica cortesia verso un cliente che ha già accusato un disagio ma alle stesse leggi UE che regolano il mercato online avendo acquistato il pezzo da meno di 15 giorni. Tutto sommato è un buon negozio con dei prezzi imbattibili.A e per non dimenticare il chat in tempo reale velocizza molto il tempo dedicato a fare un ordine.Poi per ordini sopra 59 euro le spese di spedizione sono gratuite anche si compri olio per macchina che è quello che pesa di più e la maggior parte dei negozi ti fanno pagare abbastanza e poi c'è sempre un piccolo sconto da aggiungere. Altamente consigliato!!
