Impossible to contact. Purchased on ebay, the seller does not respond and the goods have not yet arrived after 2 weeks. Apparently I'm not the first to happen to it, that's not how it works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispondono e inventano delle scuse dicendo di richiamarti ma non richiamano ... ho chiesto un rimborso mai arrivato.. non ordinate... azienda non seria e non affidabile. Do 1 stella perche non è possibile darne 0. Pessimo servizio.
They answer and make up excuses saying to call you back but they don't call back ... I asked for a refund that never arrived .. do not order ... company not serious and not reliable. I give 1 star because it is not possible to give 0. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia peggiore esperienza di acquisto online di sempre!!!!ho acquistato dal loro sito ebay in data 17 febbraio, a due settimane dall'acquisto li ho dovuti contattare perché non avevo ancora ricevuto niente(la presunta spedizione è stata fatta il 19).Ho chiesto la tracciabilità del pacco ma non l'ho mai ricevuta(molto scorretto e per niente professionale).Ho fatto vari solleciti via email di rimborso(il servizio clienti via telefono è inesistente a qualsiasi ora del giorno non rispondono mai).visto che non si arrivava a nulla di concreto....ho aperto una controversia con il servizio clienti eBay. Oggi 14 marzo sono stato finalmente rimborsato. Esperienza veramente snervante mai più!!!!
My worst online shopping experience ever !!!! I bought from their ebay site on February 17th, two weeks after the purchase I had to contact them because I had not yet received anything (the alleged shipment was made on the 19th) . I asked for the parcel to be tracked but I never received it (very incorrect and not at all professional). I made several reminders via email for refunds (customer service by phone is non-existent at any time of day they never reply). that nothing concrete came about .... I opened a dispute with eBay customer service. Today, March 14th, I was finally reimbursed. Truly nerve-wracking experience ever again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 kit pompa acqua completi per majesty 125,dopo qualche settimana per mancanza di tempo ne ho aperti 2 di 4 e 1 mi è rimasta la guarnizione pompa acqua incollata alla scatola dov'era confezionata e l'altro kit invece è rimasta metà guarnizione incollata. Non mi hanno mai più rimborsato nulla e mai più risposto ne al telefono ne su ebay tranne per capire cosa fosse successo ma niente di più. Al telefono non rispondono e non hanno risarcito nulla. VENDITORE POCO AFFIDABILE
4 complete water pump kits for majesty 125, after a few weeks due to lack of time I opened 2 of 4 and 1 I was left with the water pump gasket glued to the box where it was packaged and the other kit instead remained half of the gasket glued. They never refunded me anything and never answered either on the phone or on ebay except to understand what had happened but nothing more. They do not answer on the phone and have not compensated anything. LITTLE RELIABLE SELLER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché meno non si può! Acquistato su ebay coppia di pneumatici marca goodrige per uno scooter. Spedizione ok, imballaggio ok, peccato che una volta aperti uno dei due come da immagine era deformato nella parte interna, dove il pneumatico deve andare a stallonare nel cerchio. Morale il gommista ha provato in tutti i modi, e dopo aver perso tempo, arrabiature, ha dovuto mettere una camera d'aria. Nel frattempo, ho provato a mettermi in contatto telefonico, e niente! Nei giorni successivi pure. Infine ho dovuto pagare al gommista Extra, la camera d'aria. Date retta rivolgetevi altrove.
A star because you can't get less! Purchased on ebay a pair of goodrige brand tires for a scooter. Shipping ok, packaging ok, too bad that once opened one of the two as shown in the image was deformed on the inside, where the tire has to bead in the rim. Morale the tire dealer tried in every way, and after wasting time, arrabiature, he had to put an inner tube. In the meantime, I tried to get in touch by phone, and nothing! In the following days as well. Finally I had to pay the tire dealer Extra, the inner tube. Pay attention, look elsewhere.
