Ben organizzata avendo un ingresso agli spogliatoi e un percorso che ti porta nello spazio riservato x le attività dopo aver cambiato almeno le scarpe. Percorso che poi prosegue portandoti all' uscita dalla palestra. Valida istruttrice che mette in pratica gli insegnamenti della disciplina anche nella conduzione del gruppo.
