★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perplesso. Non pretendo di essere accolto con il sorriso o tantomeno con entusiasmo, ma neanche farmi sentire un seccatore per aver chiesto un'informazione. Certamente gentilezza e simpatia non sono il loro punto forte. Sono un correntista Fineco da anni e non ho mai avuto bisogno di uno sportello fisico per le operazioni. Oggi ho avuto conferma che posso continuare a farne a meno.
Puzzled. I do not pretend to be welcomed with a smile or even with enthusiasm, but I do not even make myself feel like a nuisance for asking for information. Certainly kindness and sympathy are not their strong point. I've been a Fineco account holder for years and I've never needed a physical branch for operations. Today I have confirmed that I can continue to do without it.
