Dopo innumerevoli ticket di assistenza richiesti e non risolti, ci è stato fornito un aggiornamento nel gennaio 2019 che contiene ancora molti problemi risolvibili "solo se acquistiamo il pacchetto assistenza annuo" che costa di più del prezzo di acquisto del programma stesso. Non si può commercializzare un programma che non sia stato preventivamente testato e completamente funzionante. Dopo anni di programmi acquistati, ci aspettavamo più serietà. Siamo estremamente delusi e non acquisteremo più nulla sconsigliando assolutamente l'acquisto agli studi con cui collaboriamo. The Sikuro 2018 program is disappointing. Purchased in 2017, it never worked. After countless assistance tickets requested and not resolved, we were provided with an update in January 2019 that still contains many solvable problems "only if we purchase the annual assistance package" which costs more than the purchase price of the program itself. A program that has not been previously tested and fully functional cannot be commercialized. After years of purchased programs, we expected more seriousness. We are extremely disappointed and will no longer buy anything, absolutely discouraging the purchase from the studios we work with.
