Srl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il loro software gestionale "PLANET" non è malvagio ma la loro assistenza post vendita e la possibilità di personalizzazione dello stesso è nulla. una banale esigenza, vedi importare un file di una fattura in xml generata da un altro applicativo è impossibile ed alla richiesta di implementare la funzione la risposta è stata "Eeeeh!" fate voi... Their "PLANET" management software is not bad but their after-sales assistance and the possibility of customizing it is nothing. a trivial need, see importing an invoice file in xml generated by another application is impossible and when asked to implement the function, the answer was "Eeeeh!" you do...

Ottima assistenza, puoi anche fissare l'orario in cui ti possono richiamare, fatturazione elettronica semplice e veloce... Consigliato....!!! I needed a software for the management of my hardware, exceptional networks, in a few hours of effort and some videos on youtube I learned to use it and I am almost autonomous. Excellent assistance, you can also set the time when they can call you back, simple and fast electronic invoicing ... Recommended....!!!
C	Claudio Pirovano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una mail dove spiegavamo che avremmo sospeso i pagamenti degli aggiornamenti perchè il software aveva problemi di calcolo e affidabilità, ci è stato risposto che, per 3 mesi non c'erano costi di attivazione, passati i 3 mesi avremmo dovuto pagare un'aggiunta al normale canone per gli aggiornamenti... Ma ovviamente nessuno ha risposto per sapere dei problemi riscontrati. (segnalati da tempo)........ After an email explaining that we would suspend payments for updates because the software had calculation and reliability problems, we were told that for 3 months there were no activation costs, after 3 months we would have had to pay an addition to the normal fee for updates ... But obviously no one answered to know of the problems encountered. (reported for some time) ........

Utilizzo un loro software da più di dieci anni, mai avuto problemi, aggiornamenti sempre pronti per risolvere tutte le problamatiche legate alla burocrazia fiscale italiana. Super consigliato...!!!!! Excellent software and excellent assistance .... !!! M	MASTER CARLE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Programma carino e funzionale ma con ancora molte carenze e problemi di calcolo e affidabilità su alcuni moduli dove hanno un funzionamento che non centrano niente con una gestione corretta dei dati secondo quanto viene richiesto dalla contabilizzazione e gestione dei documenti. Il modulo distinta, in realtà non ha niente a che fare con una vera distinta (cosi come è non serve a niente). Dovrebbero spendere più tempo nel rimediare ai banali e semplici problemi con aggiornamenti, piuttosto che rivedere il look. Nice and functional program but with still many shortcomings and problems of calculation and reliability on some modules where they have an operation that has nothing to do with correct data management as required by accounting and document management. The bill of materials form actually has nothing to do with a real bill of materials (as it is, it serves no purpose). They should spend more time fixing the trivial and simple problems with updates rather than reviewing the look.
