Ci siamo trovati bene con il signor Nava e con la squadra che ha eseguito il lavoro di installazione.Il signor Galli ascolta il cliente e cerca di andare incontro alle esigenze che gli vengono manifestate.

Dopo tre anni , appena fuori garanzia, tendine inutilizzabili. Due anni di inutili tentativi per avere assistenza, ovviamente pagando il richiesto. La conclusione è stata la totale rottamazione delle vetrate e l'installazione di nuove ad opera di altra azienda. A chi legge...... la lapalissiana ....sentenza.
Totally unreliable. Windows with internal curtain installed in 2016.
After three years, just out of warranty, unusable curtains. Two years of fruitless attempts to get assistance, obviously paying the requested. The conclusion was the total scrapping of the windows and the installation of new ones by another company. To those who read ... the self-evident .... sentence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stò ristrutturando un casolare chiedo un preventivo per n 2 finestre su misura. Risposta sintetizzata: per due finestre si rivolga altrove. Faccio il muratore ed il piastrellista sono andato a cambiare anche 3 mattonelle hai clienti...ora si lavora tutto con il 110% ma appena finiranno queste agevolazione ed il lavoro calerà farete anche due finestre.......

I am a bricklayer and a tiler I also went to change 3 tiles you have customers ... now everything is worked with 110% but as soon as these facilities end and the work will decrease you will also make two windows .......

Anche se sostengono di aver dichiarato le tempistiche, alla richiesta di contrattualizzare quanto da loro dichiarato al momento della firma del contratto, disattendevano la richiesta.
Se i 5 mesi sono reali, perché non dichiararlo chiaramente alla stipula dell'accordo?
