★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato 8 kit supercompleti ...arrivato tutto con il contagocce e in più spedizioni ma mai arrivato tutto quello ordinato. Pagato con bonifico detrazioni e mai arrivata fattura dopo quasi 6 mesi....sono andato prima alla GdF e poi dal mio amico avvocato.
 Bought 8 supercomplete kits ... everything arrived with the eyedropper and in multiple shipments but never arrived everything ordered. Paid by bank transfer deductions and never arrived invoice after almost 6 months .... I went first to the GdF and then to my lawyer friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STATE ALLA LARGA. Servizio orribile. Sono passate esattamente 3 settimane dal mio ordine e sono ancora in attesa di ricevere la merce. Ho chiamato già diverse volte e mi viene sempre data una data di spedizione che puntualmente non è vera. Ora, dopo 3 settimane, mi è stato detto che solo una parte del mio ordine verrà spedito a breve!!!!
Ordine parzialmente ricevuto dopo 1 mese. Ho mandato una mail per chiedere di ciò che non mi era stato consegnato e, come al solito, non ha avuto risposta. Ormai saranno passati un paio di mesi e non ho più speranze.
Assolutamente sconsigliato.
YOU ARE LARGE. Horrible service. Exactly 3 weeks have passed since my order and I am still waiting to receive the goods. I have already called several times and I am always given a shipping date that is not true on time. Now, after 3 weeks, I was told that only a part of my order will be shipped shortly !!!!
Order partially received after 1 month. I sent an email asking for what had not been delivered to me and, as usual, was not answered. Now a couple of months will have passed and I have no more hope.
Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire truffatori è poco......... cmq anche io ordinato e pagato kit rete il 14/04/2020 ma ad oggi non è arrivato nulla prima volta dato un numero consegna falso poi dopo di che dato uno nuovo dove la gls lo tracciava con partenza il 13/05 e fino al 18/05 scorso cera traccia poi niente più! anche la gls non è da meno non si riesce a parlare neanche con loro per sapere info.

Say scammers is little ......... anyway I also ordered and paid the network kit on 04/14/2020 but to date nothing has arrived first time given a fake delivery number then after which given a new one where the gls tracked it starting on 13/05 and until 18/05 last track then nothing more! even the gls is no less you can't even talk to them to find out info.

Avevo fatto degli ordini in precedenza per del materiale e il servizio era stato abbastanza soddisfacente. Per l'ultimo ordine ho perso i soldi e il materale e nessuno si degna di rispondere al telefono, dopo innumerevoli mail inviate dove non si sono degnati nemmeno di rispondere. Pessima azienda inaffidabile e truffatrice!
Totally unreliable company, does not answer the phone, does not guarantee any assistance. I had previously placed orders for material and the service had been quite satisfactory. For the last order I lost the money and the material and nobody deigns to answer the phone, after countless emails sent where they didn't even deign to answer. Bad company, unreliable and scammer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato la rete l'11 maggio e finalmente è arrivata dopo 2 mesi. Durante questo periodo ho telefonate svariate volte e di risposte ne saranno state al massimo 3 e devo dirvi che ho pensato anche di essere stato truffato, ma così non è stato. Tempo ne ha messo ma poi è arrivata e questo è l'importante. Certo è che comunicare con loro non è molto facile ma quando è successo sono stati gentili. Comunque hanno dei prezzi molto competitivi e vale la pena aspettare.
I ordered the net on May 11th and it finally arrived after 2 months. During this period I have made several calls and there will have been a maximum of 3 replies and I must tell you that I also thought I was cheated, but it did not happen. Time put in but then it came and that's the important thing. What is certain is that communicating with them is not very easy but when it happened they were kind. However, they have very competitive prices and are worth the wait.

Ho effettuato un ordine composto da pali di legno, rete e accessori.
L'assistenza clienti è stata praticamente inesistente per 15 giorni, completamente spariti, tanto da pensare di esser stato truffato.
Ho provato a contattarli su Whatspp, telefonicamente, via Mail e via PEC.
Alla fine mi rispondono su Whatspp e riesco a mettermici in contattato anche telefonicamente, mi rassicurano per 3 giorni che il mio ordine sarebbe partito ma invece si scopre che non avevano i pali in legno, li stavano aspettando dal loro fornitore da settimane, a detta loro, ma trovandomi già in ritardo con i tempi per l'utilizzo che dovevo fare della recinzione, sono stato costretto a farmi inviare i pali in ferro (più corti di quelli ordinati)
Ordine consegnato dopo 20 giorni dalla data del pagamento alla fine...
Erano stati promessi pali aggiuntivi per scusarsi del disagio e anche questo, niente.
Richiesta la fattura a tutti i contatti disponibili e tramite tutti i canali di contatto, nessuna risposta, nessuna fattura ricevuta.
Completa mancanza di professionalità.
Sono gli stessi del sito *I Recintori*, vedendo le loro prestazioni hanno pensato bene di aprirsi un altro sito.
Le recensioni precedenti a questa sono tutte finte, fatte nello stesso giorno...

The worst experience I've ever had for an online purchase!
I placed an order consisting of wooden posts, net and accessories.
Customer support was virtually non-existent for 15 days, completely gone, so much so that I thought I was scammed.
I tried to contact them on Whatspp, by phone, by Mail and by PEC.
In the end they answer me on Whatspp and I can get in touch with us even by phone, they reassure me for 3 days that my order would have left but instead it turns out that they did not have the wooden poles, they were waiting for them from their supplier for weeks, according to them , but since I was already late with the times for the use I had to make of the fence, I was forced to have the iron poles sent to me (shorter than those ordered)
Order delivered after 20 days from the date of payment to the end ...
Additional stakes were promised to apologize for the inconvenience and that too, nothing.
Request the invoice to all available contacts and through all contact channels, no response, no invoice received.
Complete lack of professionalism.
They are the same as the site * I Recintori *, seeing their performance they have seen fit to open another site.
