★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto ben fornito per alimenti / giochi gatto. Molto costoso rispetto ad altre catene. Anche quando offrono sconti fare attenzione perché solitamente i prezzi sono alti e gli sconti portano i prodotti in offerta ad un prezzo che si trovano comunque in altri negozi.
Well stocked place for cat food / play. Very expensive compared to other chains. Even when they offer discounts, be careful because the prices are usually high and the discounts bring the products on offer at a price that is still found in other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hai diritto a uno sconto perché titolare di carta ma ti dimentichi di esibirla e loro di chiedertela? Te ne accorgi dopo letteralmente dopo pochi minuti e fai notare la cosa? Non cambia nulla, perché tanto ti rispondono che non si può fare niente. Ci credo ben poco, ma vabbè... d'altronde è pieno di altri negozi di articoli per animali, in giro.
Dal mio punto di vista, però, è una mossa poco furba da fare con (ex) clienti abituali.
Are you entitled to a discount because you are a cardholder but you forget to show it and they ask you for it? Do you notice it literally after a few minutes and point it out? Nothing changes, because they tell you that nothing can be done. I believe very little, but oh well ... on the other hand it is full of other pet shops around.
From my point of view, though, it's not a smart move to do with (former) regulars.
